KR500 Series Waterproof EM/Mifare Reader
Wiegand Card Readers 125kHz EM or 13.56MHz IC card reader. Features: read range of up to 10cm for proximity card and 5cm for Mifare card; Wiegand interface (KRxxx-E: 26bit Wiegand, KRxxx-M: 34bit Wiegand); external LED control; external buzzer control; indoor/outdoor operation (waterproof IP64 or IP65). KR500 is a series of outdoor IP65-rated proximity card readers designed to read only ZKAccess-supplied
proximity cards.
Due to its conveniently small size, KR500 is the ideal card access solution for any metal doors with thin frames, parking gates, fences, turnstiles or any security device having a narrow mounting surface. KR503 is designed for single-gang mounting.
KR500 Series has a built-in Wiegand-Out port which can be connected to most any access control panel (including ZKAccess C3 and InBio door controllers).
